Care Guide
Light
This plant thrives in very bright indirect light. A South or Southwest facing exposure is best. If kept outside be sure to shade from harsh direct sun.
Water and Soil
Keep this plants soil moderately moist during the growing season (Spring and Summer). Allow soil to dry out by at least 50% in the Fall and Winter months. This plant does not tolerate over watering so it is always best to err on the side of under-watering. A well-draining, course succulent or cactus mix that has been amended with sand is best.
Temperature and Humidity
Desert Rose does well in temperatures between 60 and 90 degrees F. Cold drafts and temperatures below 55 degrees F may damage this plants foliage and should be avoided.
