Care Guide
Light
Tree Ivy prefers medium to bright indirect sunlight. This plant is more tolerant of bright and direct light than its cousin, English Ivy, but even so we recommend increasing this plants sun exposure gradually, to avoid burning its foliage.
Water and Soil
Tree Ivy requires a well-draining soil which is never allowed to become wet or soggy. Aim for your soil to remain evenly moist, allowing the top 1-2” to dry between watering. Adding bark, perlite, or lava rock to your soil can help provide better drainage and root aeration for your Ivy.
Temperature and Humidity
Tree Ivy prefers temperatures between 60 and 90 degrees when grown indoors. This plant will benefit from added humidity, which you can provide with a pebble tray, humidifier, or just by keeping the plant near a sink.
