Handling Time

The majority of orders leave our facility within 1 business day of being placed. In some cases we may hold an order for a day or two to ensure that the plants moisture levels are good for shipping to it's destination. If you need an order by a specific date or have questions around shipping please do not hesitate to reach out to us.

Shipping Live Plants

We ship our full line of inventory and live plants to all 50 US states and include a Nursery Certificate Tag along with each live plant shipment at no additional cost. This means we can safely ship to places like California, Arizona, or Hawaii which have notoriously strict agricultural regulations. We also offer international shipping by request, and have the ability to obtain and include phytosanitary certificates for an additional cost at your request. Please reach-out to us to inquire about international shipping options.

Shipping Methods

We primarily ship orders including live plants via USPS Priority Mail (1 to 3 day service) with some larger plants and orders going via FedEx Ground (1 to 5 day service). Orders containing non-plant merchandise only will be sent via FedEx Ground. If you have a preference for a particular carrier or method, just let us know, we are always happy to work with you.

Holding Orders

We commonly receive customer requests to hold orders until a specific date for shipping. We are happy to hold orders for up to 30 days, just send us a message or leave us a note at checkout.

Local Pick Up

We offer a contact-less pick up option from our shipping facility in Campobello, SC. Simply select this option at checkout and we will contact you to set up a pick up time.
